Andrew, CEO of TechSoft, has served on many boards, both non-profit and for-profit. He has owned several small businesses so he understands what it takes for a business operation to be successful. His ownership and management of real estate and rental properties brings further relevant experience to the table. He has a Ph.D. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Denver, where he was a professor for many years. He has lived in Denver for all but a year of his life, and with his wife in Jefferson county for the last 25 years.
Andrew is concerned about Foothills maintenance and financial problems
and seeks to address them in a fair way for all district residents
and taxpayers. Rather than take the lazy way out with a tax increase,
he believes Foothills can resolve its financial difficulties by being
innovative and doing the hard work of becoming more efficient.
Keith has a 40 year history in Real Estate development, property management, and financing. He has been self employed for the past 16 years and has lived in Jefferson County with his family since 1975. He has a degree in business administration and is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Colorado.
Keith has a growing concern for Foothills Recreation Districts' fiscal management and the overall operation and management of its facilities. His concern arises from the noted level of maintenance of District facilities located in his neighborhood and by the proposed mill levy increase to maintain the Districts' overall financial well being. He believes the District needs to concentrate on the operational needs of its' existing facilities before future expansions or developments are undertaken. He believes the threatened closure of Holman Pool by the District unless the mill levy increase is approved is an affront to the people of the Mesa View Estates / Sixth Avenue West area that must be challenged and defeated.
